Deputies seek suspect in PH pharmacy robbery

Pinellas County deputies are seeking the suspect seen on video tackling a woman and stealing her medication outside a Palm Harbor pharmacy.

Deputies say the robbery occurred April 8 just before 2:30 p.m. in front of the Trust Pharmacy, 36515 U.S. 19 North.

The video shows the suspect pacing along the sidewalk, then attacking the victim as she left the pharmacy.

The suspect grabbed the victim by the throat as she exited the pharmacy, throwing her to the ground and making threatening statements before taking her madication and running away.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 40 years old, with white hair. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt with white lettering, plaid shorts, tennis shoes, glasses, and possibly has a tattoo on his calf.
