Registration starts for fall PHSC classes

Students should complete the admission process soon to register at Pasco-Hernando State College for fall classes that start Monday, Aug. 25.

PHSC will introduce three new health programs this fall: pharmacy technician, surgical technology, and health information technology.

Also new for fall 2014 are two baccalaureate degree programs: bachelor of applied science in supervision and management, and bachelor of science in nursing.

Potential students can apply online at phsc.edu/wise by paying a $25 application fee. An additional $20 fee is assessed during the late registration period.

Late registration is Aug. 25-29.

Online noncredit classes start Aug. 20

Pasco-Hernando State College Corporate Training, in partnership with Ed2Go, offers hundreds of instructor-led, noncredit, online courses to the community.

Six-week online courses begin on Aug. 20, including Write Your Life Story, Creating a Successful Business Plan and Teaching Students with Autism.
