Access Health Care, LLC, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus, announced the appointment of Lynda Dilts-Benson, R.N. as chief quality officer. Benson, a certified case manager and a licensed healthcare risk manager, was promoted from her previous position as chief compliance officer. She will direct the companies’ newly formed Quality Department.

Rebecca C. Bell, a partner at Delzer, Coulter & Bell, PA, Port Richey, was appointed as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law, Tampa. She is teaching a course on the Florida Probate Code for the current term.

Bell, who is board certified by the Florida Bar as an Elder Law attorney, received the Member of the Year Award by the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar for her advocacy of its interest in the Florida Medicaid System. She was also awarded the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, a testament to the fact her peers rank at the highest level of professional excellence.

Bell received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctorate and Master of Law degrees from Stetson University College of Law.
