A Pensacola woman was killed early this morning in a single-car crash in Spring Hill.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the unidentified woman was driving a 2001 Honda Accord southbound on U.S. 41, north of Five Palms Lane, when she lost control of the car for unknown reasons.
The woman left the roadway and struck a wooden utility pole, before colliding with a culvert, going airborne and striking a tree, the FHP said.
The woman died at the scene, the FHP said.
Investigators are determining whether alcohol was a factor in the crash, the FHP said.
