Jeff Laski has become the next mall manager at the Gulf View Square mall in Port Richey, Simon Property Group announced Tuesday.

In his new role, Laski will manage all day-to-day operations, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant and community relations. Additionally, he will be responsible for overseeing the security and marketing functions of the family-focused center at 9409 U.S. 19.

Laski began his Simon career as a management trainee at the Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia. He managed and developed a mall team, among many other duties.

Laski is a recent graduate of Indiana University. He received a bachelor of science from the IU Kelley School of Business. He held several leadership positions throughout his time in college, which will translate into property management and local leasing, Simon executives say.

“Jeff is a talented individual with years of successful leadership experience,” said Michael Romstad, regional vice president for the southeast region. “His priorities consist of creating a positive shopping experience for customers through establishing and maintaining Simon’s operating standards.”

Indianapolis-based Simon maintains retail properties around the globe, including 37 states in America. Simon is an S&P100 company.
