Pasco County Sheriff’s Office detectives investigating two deaths Monday night at a Hudson home are calling the case a murder-suicide.

Deputies were called to 6601 Clark St. about 10 p.m. for a welfare check and found the bodies of Rhonda Patterson, 46, and Robert Clark, 53, in the bedroom.

Preliminary information indicates that Patterson shot and killed Clark, then turned the gun on herself, the sheriff’s office said.

The deaths remain under investigation.

In May 2013, deputies were called to the home for a report of a gun fired by Patterson while Clark was leaving the residence, the sheriff’s office said. The case was forwarded to the state attorney’s office, which did not file charges.
