Homeless man arrested in rape of PR teen

A homeless man who broke into a Port Richey home Monday afternoon was arrested hours later and charged with raping a teen at gunpoint, according to the Pasco Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher Judge, 23, is charged with lewd or lascivious battery and armed burglary of an occupied residence.

At 12:45 p.m., Judge, armed with a handgun, entered the home. Once inside, he had sex with the adult victim’s 14-year-old daughter, according to the arrest report. Judge told authorities the sex was consensual.

Judge, who remains in the Land O’ Lakes Jail in lieu of $160,000 bail, was arrested nearly three hours later at a Springrun Court home in the Holiday area.
