Deputies: Drugs likely motive in Holiday fatal shooting

Published:

A Palm Harbor man, who deputies say has outstanding warrants on drug and battery charges, has been identified as the victim of a fatal shooting Tuesday night in Holiday.

Pasco County deputies say Quantrell Franklin Keller, 23, was shot around 11 p.m. at 4904 Rosedale Lane and later died at a local hospital.

Detectives say this was a drug-related incident, and Keller has a criminal history with outstanding arrest warrants in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties for drugs and felony battery.
