NEW PORT RICHEY -

Express Employment Professionals brought their famous Clydesdales to New Port Richey on Wednesday, and they put on display through downtown.

The team of six Clydesdales pulled a coach from the Spartan Manor restaurant to the Hacienda Hotel. People gathered to have their photos taken with the horses.

According to Express Employment’s website, the horses have won numerous awards, and in 2009 were named the 6-Horse Hitch World Champion at the Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

They have appeared at high-profile events such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Tournament of Roses Parade, Chicago’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade and the Orange Bowl Parade.
