The De Lei'ed Parrots will perform "Parrot Head" music during a free concert presented by the Tarpon Springs Recreation Department, Sun Toyota and the Friends of Music on the Beach at 7 p.m. at Sunset Beach, west end of Gulf Road, Tarpon Springs.
