Allegiant adds six destinations for flights from St. Pete-Clearwater

ST. PETERSBURG — Allegiant Air will add six new destinations for flights serving St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport beginning in late October and early November.

The move will provide nonstop service to three cities in New York, and one each in Ohio, North Dakota and South Dakota.

The flights will begin serving Newburgh, N.Y., an upstate alternative to metropolitan New York airports, beginning Oct. 31; Elmira, N.Y., and Sioux Falls, S.D., beginning Nov. 1; Syracuse, N.Y., beginning Nov. 7; and Columbus, Ohio, and Fargo, N.D., beginning Nov 23.

Allegiant is offering promotional one-way fares on each of the flights of $99, which must be purchased by Thursday for travel by April 29.
